Brad is still home…enjoying Matthew and my nagging to do things around the house.
We have a few important doctor appts. this week to discuss plans for the future. I am hoping they include.. a trip to Maui, a personal chef and stylist, and a dream home, but I doubt that. It will be medical business.

Brad is on his way…….home…yeah!, but like a good wife I gave him and his father an errand to run on their way back from Prentice.
Brad is back on a general diet and has a few new pills to add to his daily dosage. Stock tip: Buy shares of Osco pharmacy.
January 21-SER—eeee—ously!!!
Well, today started well. Brad’s abdomen pain is slowly going away. Docs think the antibiotics are doing a good job at taking care of this infection in his bowel that was caught at an early stage. And Brad is now on a soft food diet.

Upgraded to a soft food diet….Thank God! Brad asked the doc if he could get some food so he does not waste away. I guess she felt bad for him so he was able to get his Prentice favorite..french toast.(They do make a mean french toast here)

January 20-NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Well, Brad has an infection in his colon. The docs are using antibiotics to get at the bacteria. There is a low chance that he will need surgery—(gee, when did I hear THAT before…oh, that’s right..when I had an obstructed bowel in September..”90% of these cases clear on their own without surgery”..and 5 days later..SURGERY-stinks)
